Choose the pool shape, measure the water surface, and enter an average depth or shallow and deep depths. The calculator multiplies surface area by average depth and converts the result to US gallons.
For a floor that slopes approximately uniformly, add shallow depth and deep depth and divide by two. Complex floor profiles need more detailed measurements.
